What colours and sizes are there?
Premium oversized hoodies in white, black and forest green, with a lined drawcord hood and kangaroo pocket, in sizes S to XXL.
How thick are the hoodies? What fabric?
They are heavyweight hoodies: 380-420 GSM, 80% cotton / 20% polyester, 3-thread brushed fleece (soft inside). Oversized boxy fit, double-layered hood, heavy ribbed cuffs, reinforced stitching, and pre-shrunk fabric.
How are the designs printed?
Every hoodie is printed with premium DTF (direct-to-film): your design is printed in full colour onto a special film, then heat-pressed into the fabric. It handles photos, gradients and fine detail, like your car, and works from just one hoodie. Screen printing is available on request, mostly for bulk orders with simple colours. You can choose a normal print or a sticker finish.
How is my hoodie made?
1) You order on the website and see a preview of your design. 2) Before anything is printed, we confirm your order with you. For every custom order we send you a free mockup on WhatsApp, a picture of your exact hoodie, and we only print once you approve it. Want it bigger, smaller or moved? We fix it first. 3) Your hoodie is printed in Beirut within 1 day of confirming. 4) We inspect every hoodie by hand before it ships. 5) It is delivered to you anywhere in Lebanon in 1-4 days.
How do I wash my hoodie?
Wash inside out in cold water (30°C max). Don't bleach. Don't iron directly on the print. Hang dry, don't tumble dry. The fabric is pre-shrunk, and this keeps the print sharp for longer.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order just one hoodie, custom or ready-made. Bulk orders are welcome too.
Can I return or exchange a hoodie?
No. Every hoodie is printed to order, so there are no returns or exchanges on printed hoodies. Check your size and the preview before you order. But if it is our mistake (a wrong or damaged print, the wrong size or colour, or a defect), we reprint it for free (report it within 48 hours of delivery).
What if there is a mistake with my order?
If it is our mistake, we reprint your hoodie for free. That covers a wrong or damaged print, the wrong design, size or colour, or a defect. Send us your order number and a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
